About NR Vandana Tex Industries Limited Company
The company is engaged in the design, manufacturing, and wholesale of cotton textile products, including cotton sarees, salwar suits, and bed sheets. Its products are marketed under the in-house brands “Vandana” and “Tanaya,” and have gained industry recognition, including the “Best Debutant – Apparels” award at the Ajio Business Partnership Meet in 2022.
Operating under a B2B business model, the company distributes its products through a network of 1,397 wholesalers across 31 states and union territories in India, as well as through B2B e-commerce platforms.
The manufacturing process involves cutting, dyeing, embroidery, sewing, embellishments, finishing, inspection, and packing. Some of the production is outsourced to job workers, based on the company’s technical specifications. As of March 31, 2025, 229 job workers were engaged for manufacturing activities.
The company generates most of its revenue from the eastern region of India (88.10%), with the remaining contributions from the western (7.34%), southern (2.46%), and northern (2.10%) regions. It continues to grow its market presence through direct client engagement and strong regional networks.
